They are as follows:<\/p>\n<p><u>Salaries<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Salaries increase on average 2.35%, with the lower three salary groups being raised by 2.5% and the remaining by 2.2%. The minimum salary according to the new salary scheme \u2013 to which the changeover must be completed by all commerce companies until the end of 2021 &#8211; is \u20ac 1.714,- gross.<\/p>\n<p>Confirmation of the increases agreed upon in the previous year:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1st apprenticeship year: increase of \u20ac 50,- to \u20ac 700,-;<\/li>\n<li>2nd year of apprenticeship: increase of \u20ac 80,- to \u20ac 900,- and<\/li>\n<li>3rd apprenticeship year: increase of \u20ac 50,- to \u20ac 1.150,-.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is an average plus of 7.7%.<\/p>\n<p><u>Additional days off<\/u><\/p>\n<p>The social partners also arranged for two additional days off starting 2020.
